It's Your Life Stand Up And Live It.
According to Webster's Collegiate Dictionary, the tenth edition, to stand or to stand up has many definitions. However, the one that we will be concerned about is the one defined as, to stand up to-to face boldly, to endure or undergo successfully and lastly, to tolerate without Flinching.
As a child we all had dreams about what we wanted to be when we grew up. Some of us have acted on our dreams and therefore have achieved them. Others of us have not acted on our dreams as of yet so as a consequence we have not achieved them. Many of us have let dreams die within us over the years. Or perhaps, we've let others kill our dreams before they've had the time to take root and grow within us. Either way the result is that we stopped dreaming. I was in the latter class that is up until now. Even as late as the last 30 days I've had obstacles to loom up in my way that made me want to throw up my hands. But you know, I just couldn't do that, not this time. I was determined this time that I was not going to let nothing or no one turn me around. Yes, I got discouraged, but this time I had the end in sight. I saw the light at the end of the tunnel this time. I wanted to make my dream become a reality. This website is my reality. I sincerely hope that you will make this site your source for inspiration.
Our dreams serve as fertilizer to our soul, like a bridge over trouble water as the Ole song goes, They keep us hanging on throughout the tough times; And remember, the tough times ALWAYS pass, they don't come to stay. We'll close this post with a list of excuses that some have used for not standing up and living their lives. See you next time.
